I have an air cordless optical mouse and am having problems, solutions?
I have a wireless optical mouse made air by Gyration GC1005M model # is, and I'm having problems with its operation. I installed the software necessary to synchronize the mouse with USB receiver, and is not record with the team. "I can get some help? Thanks
I do not know everything I've tried so here's a list. USB problems and software · Try a different port. · Make sure drivers are up to date are in line of Gyration (See link below) and see what they have. • Try to turn to then back on to the transmitter-receiver plugged · Check Device Manager for resource conflicts (which is on the Hardware tab the System applet in Control Panel. Pointer issues: · Make sure the new batteries in the unit. · Make sure there are no sources of interference RF, such as a cordless phone. Good luck. For what its worth, Michael
