It was a poor poor people in Mexico .. all I did was work, and have a social life because they do not have many luxuries there especially not personal computers. but now he was so addicted to Call of Duty and things like this, every day he wants to play .. By the way the 18 and very mature, it is even going to make your own home in Mexico .. It bought the land. I hope not, because it's fun for him to use computers and there is a misuse of his life.
Mexico is like the United States. They have the Internet, but only some cities may have, due to cost. You have nothing to worry about.
