USB Memory Sticks' Types and Varieties

Micro Memory Stick: Memory Stick Micro (M2) measures 15 x 12.5 x 1.2 mm - roughly the size of a fingernail - with a theoretical limit of 32 GB. Maximum transfer rate is 160 M bit per second. As a pair of sticks, which comes with an adapter for compatibility with devices PRO today.
In 2006, Sony added the Memory Stick PRO - HG, a high-speed variant PRO for high definition still and video cameras.

How do I connect the usb ports on my forehead Biostar P4M800 Pro-M7 Motherboard?
Im trying to figure out how to connect the front usb ports on this motherboard? Any help would be appreciated.
hey, first check the motherboard manual it will tell you. if you're looking at the mottherboard a box set at the bottom of the mottherboard should probably be 2-6 fitings blue rectangular pin with 7pins so total lack 8pins and the board should be marked on the white text and thin, through usb1 USB6 (or how ever you have) from the line to the USB connector cases (for this I do not mean the actual type of USB plug used to connect a KEYBORAD ETC) this should be a female version of the pins i said early but have holes 7 or 8 (with a plug) and your connection should work know for sure if the plugs dont force endowed with bad dont try to find a picof your board to give more support, but until then good luck
