Improvements and innovations of the next generation 15-inch MacBook Pro
Monohull
MacBook Pro Apple has redesigned Mac concept: the monocoque. The monocoque is a laptop case made with incredible precision of an aluminum block. The result is not only a laptop that looks great with its polished finish and smooth edges, but it is also more than able to absorb the vagaries of life in motion.
In addition, the monocoque has allowed Apple to make the MacBook Pro lighter and thinner. This powerful laptop packaging, features now weighs only 2.49 kg (5.5 pounds), and at its thickest point is 2.41 cm (0.95 inches).
The monitor
MacBook Pro 15.4-inch widescreen LED is still a bright backlit with 1,440 x 900 pixel resolution. The fact that these specifications have not changed certainly no cause for concern because the quality is first kind. Apple has improved, however, with a glass front that extends over the entire inner surface and ends with a metal frame. The glass is best, is harder and lasts longer. It is also free of arsenic, a toxin released when recycled glass.
Multi-Touch Trackpad
Another striking that the MacBook Pro is the largest, most versatile trackpad. The soft etched glass trackpad now has a surface 39% greater than before. This gives plenty of room for your fingers to make all signals from the trackpad.
These signals have also been developed, and now incorporate some useful extras. Apple has introduced a coup four fingers, for example, that takes full advantage of increased size of the trackpad's. Go finger four to the right or left, and that generates the application Switcher. This lets you see all your open applications. Four Finger Swipe up or down, and Exposé System to show the desktop or in all open windows.
If you're more accustomed to the right hand clicking on trackpad gives you the opportunity to do this by pressing with your fingers. It is also possible to have the trackpad to give a specific right for the area, click the hand.
The current Mac owners, the lack of a button extends along the bottom of the trackpad. Apple has replaced this by simply turning the entire trackpad into a button. In other words, you can click anywhere on the trackpad of its surface.
Mini DisplayPort
The new Mini DisplayPort connector on the MacBook Pro is one-tenth the size of a normal DVI port. It provides a quick, meaningless connection method 24 inches Apple Cinema Display, or peripherals, such as projection systems. Several Mini DisplayPort adapters also allow you to connect VGA, DVI and dual-link DVI monitors.
Cinema Display
Apple 24-inch LED backlit Cinema Display is the perfect complement for the new MacBook Pro is just what you need if you are making a presentation, or simply want the benefits granted by a larger screen. Apple has also designed the Cinema Display so you can connect and use the MacBook Pro as simple as possible. Similarly, you can easily disconnect and leave with the MacBook Pro in the short term.
The Cinema Display cable, for example, branches in three connectors. One enters the new MacBook Pro Mini DisplayPort, another connects to a USB port, and the third is a MagSafe that connects to the MacBook Pro Power Port. In other words, you can display images on both the MacBook Pro and Cinema Display, iSight camera use the movie screen, microphone and speakers, and the rate on the MacBook Pro via an adapter built into the movie screen.
NVIDIA Graphics
Apple has partnered with NVIDIA to produce an integrated graphics processor that is ideal for advanced gaming and professional applications. The NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT comes with processor dual-link DVI, and the 2.4 GHz 15-inch MacBook Pro has 256 MB of GDDR3 memory. The memory capacity is doubled to 512 on the 2.53GHz and 2.8GHz MacBook Pro models.
This is not the only graphics processor in the new MacBook Pro, however. Recognizing that users often require less energy intensive, Apple also installs NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory. This means you can save battery power by opting for the 9400M when 're working on your daily applications.
Storage
Storage on the new MacBook Pro has grown to 250 GB in the 2.4 GHz model and 320 GB in the 2.53. Both drives run at 5,400 rpm, but you can elect to increase the speed to 7,200 rpm if choose. There is also a 128 GB solid state drive available.
The environment
Apple innovations continuing with the MacBook Pro's environmental credentials. Traditionally, laptop manufacturers have used brominated flame retardants (BFRs) in the panels of the logic, PVC cables; of arsenic in the glass components and mercury in the CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamp) backlight monitors LCD. Apple has managed to eliminate toxins from the new MacBook Pro
Apple has also worked hard to ensure that every aspect of the design process and manufacturing environmental impacts. As a result, the new MacBook Pro reaches the gold standard EPEAT (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool). EPEAT measures of how a product affects the environment, the amount of energy it consumes, and the ability to recycle its parts. Gold A vote is proof of environmental commitment Apple.
The new MacBook Pro also meets the quality standards required to give the level of Energy Star. In fact, the MacBook Pro uses only 33% of the electricity needed to light a bulb.

If you backed up your license with the option zero downtime on the website when you registered iLok, iLok just get another and install the certificates. If not, may disappear unless you can prove you bought the program. I would call Digidesign directly because they have a more immediate solution. If when you say that has lost its "USB" refers not to the iLok then you need to clarify what you lost.
