Xbox 360 Game Review: Resident Evil 5
I am a big fan of Resident Evil. Remember to pay extra, just for the first installment of Resident Evil in my original PlayStation a week before anyone else. There have been many episodes and incarnations since, and though I had become a little bored of the series in the years since the original Resident Evil 4 completely renovated the game for me and I loved it. I played Resident Evil 4 on my Playstation 2, and as Resident Evil 5 would be the first version of the game in the "next generation" consoles, I was waiting for this game with baited breath.
I remember drooling at the graphics in the teaser trailer, which was launched shortly after the end of RE4. Although a few years ago now, and of course the graphics have improved over time, still waiting to see what the geniuses at Capcom could reach graphic Resident Evil for my hungry eyes to feast on.
I was not disappointed, as my first impression when I got the game is that the presentation was flawless and the game graphics are very impressive. Some of the best I've seen done at 360. That said, I was a little unsure of the game itself, for starters. Initially I thought that was a little slow and had too bold screen space. Also In As for objective thought was a bit slow and therefore frustrating. Thus, although initially I was pleased graphically in terms of game was a little unsatisfied.
However, having persevered in the first hour or two, my opinion changed completely. I got used to the controls and menu system and also new familiarized with the new system of interaction with your partner. This game can be played entirely in cooperative mode, a nice touch that means you can enjoy this great game with a good friend (or even a complete stranger, if desired).
On the subject of his partner, Sheva, which can sometimes be a hassle, as it collected before things get to them, depleting their first aid supplies on their way and block your vision on occasion. You may choose your partner to be more offensive or defensive-minded, by selecting the attack or the cover, respectively. I choose to be more defensive, so that I could do most of the shots and that would heal if you need me. This worked well for me, but you could play the game differently if you prefer. To do so, Sheva would make the attack and let him do the dirty work for you. By changing the subject back to the graphics, I like to emphasize that they are really good and sometimes very sublime. The lighting effects at different times of day are very realistic and one of my favorite moments and air takes place in an underground tunnel, where all you have to do is the poor light provided by a torch. These effects all help add to the atmosphere Overall game.
There are a variety of enemies, some more than others and in typical fashion Resident Evil there are certain enemies that can take place in a attempt. You will find there is a larger type enemy Boss at the end of levels and to give it a little more difficult challenge. You tend to have to work to enemy out these particular weaknesses, for example, you may have to target a specific part of your body or find out how you can use your environment to get the best of these great enemies. Nothing too strange or confusing, but a worthy challenge and an aesthetic delight awaits you when you reach the end of level bosses.
The game in general is a seamless experience with a good mix of play and normal times when you are prompted to press certain buttons to avoid the danger of one form or another. These buttons requests that can happen at any time, so it will remain on the fingers.
The controls are great, and although I found it a bit slow and restrictive the first time I realized the buttons to recharge, control of Sheva, change weapon and the fastest lap, I was laughing. You can set a weapon or an article to each point in the d-pad, so you just press up, down, left or right to equip the moment. I found something very useful during the game.
You will rewarded for his actions during the game, and the 360 awarded for achievements that are fair and satisfactory. You can expect to get a decent score if you just player Complete the game once, but those interested in getting the 1000 points will have to work that little bit more and complete the game multiple times to mark off every achievement on the list.
The longevity of the game is decent for a game today, but do not get me wrong, this is not Fallout 3. Just get through history will not take too long, maybe 15 to 20 hours or so. There are 6 chapters, each with 3 stages. However, there are plenty of replay value in this game, you'll see he can not do everything you want to do in the game just half. In addition, the cooperative mode via Xbox Live opens another dimension of the game and add a couple extra hours of playing time this game.
By the way have not given any of the story away because I believe that only ruin the game some people prefer just to know what is good and bad of a game, and an overall opinion before deciding to buy. Another way to test the game is to try the demo Xbox Live, however, cautioned that no person likes the demo level but ended up loving the game.
This to me is a breeze. Resident Evil 5 is a cracker and therefore must have! I think one of the best games available at the time and probably one of the best on the date to 360. I give 9 / 10.

age the use of the Xbox 360 pad to the elite?
I have my Elite the day it came out, and I wondered, is it possible to get the old Xbox 360 wireless pad to work on the elite. Because when I try not connecting and I have not tryed the button on the Xbox and the platform, still no luck. Can som1 help, please?
