Robotics Team looking to build small robots. What control system should we use? ?
Hello everyone, I am the captain of my local High School Robotics Team and I have started a new project. Unfortunately I only have experience with the FIRST Robotics control for this project, but I have to build a robot light weight (15 pounds or less). Does anyone have any suggestions for what purpose control system (microprocessor / Control Board H-Bridge/Speed Drivers)
It really depends on what we want to achieve with the robot. I find the BoeBot of http://www.Parallax.com is a great learning platform and is very easy to build, program and control. You can also do a lot of stuff ..... test them. The kit comes with an excellent book, software and support.
