What is poor circulation, PAD?

hi all I'm looking for a control panel, but to my pc and I wondered what is best for my money to buy a wireless network would be fine.
The best idea is to get a console controller as these tend to be much better designed the PC, if a game console has bad drivers can stop the console sells. easiest of all is to get an Xbox 360 controller as they are designed for use with a PC and a standard USB connection and Microsoft will provide to drivers as well.
