Michigan Age of Consent Laws?
I have a question about some of the laws AOC Michigan. I am a woman of 14 years taking into account the activity sex with a girl 18 years female. My questions are: 1. What is legally considered "sex" under Michigan law for 2 women? For example, oral, fingering, etc? 2. What is the "age of consent" for lesbians in Michigan? 3. What is the legal punishment if decides to have sex legally defined? I have researched and found it a misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual if they are over 13 but under 16 years of age and have sex with someone 5 years of age or older, but she is only 4 years older than me, so I'm not sure if this is true or not? indeed, it is unlawful for any age, oral sex, anal sex is illegal in the state of Michigan, and so is any "sexual acts between persons of the same sex. but the age of consent is 16. and if you are under 16 is a behavior sex is criminal, but because the act is illegal anyway technially may be different. be time in jail and Bo in the sex offender registry for atleast 10 years or more.
