Universal serial bus devices are plug & play which by definition means that there is no requirement to shut down and restart your PC to use such devices. I am having problems with the "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter"?
Notbook I have a Toshiba and I have to install a driver for "Standard VGA graphics adapter "only problem is that 't find one. What should I do?
Standard VGA graphics adapter is just window "To say" some kind of VGA graphics CARD. If you go to Toshiba website and search for your model of computer, drivers must be listed necessary.
