Will Carl Zeiss ® lens mount my Nikon D80?
I want to buy a Contax Normal 50mm f/1.7 Carl Zeiss Planar T * lens sold a local resident $ 75. Will this support in my Nikon D80? If not, can I buy an adapter that will?
I do not know if there is an adapter that I could not find anything on Contax to Nikon adapters (Adapters are for Contax Canon EOS). If they do their best opportunity to find through them would Zoerk (http://www.zoerk.com/pages/p_mounta.htm) The Contax / Yashica mount registration distance is one inch shorter than the Nikon F-mount. So if there is such an adapter, which is not allowing the lens to focus to infinity, or should incorporate optics to correct for this. (I found this from a search on Nikonians) However, ZF-mount lenses made by Zeiss for Nikon If you really want a Zeiss lens. I think only some flat Distagon T * T ZF lenses are mounting. Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Standard Auto Focus Nikkor Lens - 5 year warranty with U.S. is only $ 109.95 at Adorama and I know for a fact will work on your D80
