How can you manually configure a wireless USB device in Windows 98?
Im trying to get an old laptop with Windows 98 to connect to the Internet via a wireless USB dongle but cannot seem to configure my settings to work. He claims to be compatible with Win98 and I installed fine but the laptop just keeps trying to use a dial up connection. I have not used win98 for years so have no idea of where everything is. By Please help this is Windows 98 SE.
The only thing is to make sure you have Win98 Second Edition (SE) ... Standard Edition is not supported USB at all
