Why not work with external microphones of the 2nd generation iPod Touch?
I just got an iPod touch 2nd gen and I have an application makes Internet calls w / VoIP. I made some calls to my cell phone and work perfectly with my iPod, but obviously I do not have a microphone for this. My question is: how is it that only the microphones that are attached to the Apple headphones work, and no other external microphones that plug into the headphone jack?
there are other headphones with a microphone and some even $ 40 that plug into the dock connector
