What is the difference with the motherboard sound card and a PCI sound card?
My motherboard supports 8-channel audio, has digital output and S / PDIF.'s my sound card Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio, and only has 4 jacks 3.5mm. What is the difference if I connect my headset on the card sound, and compare the audio quality when I plug in the motherboard?
Sound card is getting better and better, but a kill X-Fi sound quality. the treble and bass is much cleaner and has a more dynamic economy, sound audio and games. Run on a good pair of hi-fi cans or seriously, and you hear the difference immediately.
