Personally, I say keeping Vista and Quad-Core despite what others have said. Vista does not have as many bugs as it was first released, many people just went with what others have said, without trying selves operating system. Quad-Core will be recognized by games in the future many people benefit from them, and game companies will want to use it. Thus as the Q6600 is great in most clock (you can get 3.0 GHz stable, easily) and runs Call of Duty 4: very good. Over all I see on your specifications is that going to have 2 monitors with the video card. It can work, but do not expect to do a great job, cut in performance.
