USB ports do not work at all. Help?
I have a Dell desktop computer that is 5 years old or younger. About 6 months ago I had a lot of virus and restored. It worked well until three days ago and had the BSOD. I ran to Walmart and got an external hard drive and backup my C: drive. I disconnected the external drive and moved away to do other things. When I returned I sat down and looked at my keyboard .. and realized the number lock light flashing. I it was weird, but not think much of it. I have a USB mouse and then it was not working. So I unplugged my keyboard and plugged it again, it worked for a few, so I managed to restart the system. Now none of my USB ports work. So I can not use my mouse, keyboard, tablet, or whatever. I'm using the right of my stepfather is now portable. That would make a total restoration if I could ... I'm not very good with the technical and the haha. Is there anything can do? Thanks.
Has your desktop computer has PS / 2? If you get a keyboard and mouse that connects to ports and reinstall Windows. Simple as that.
