How to sell your old stuff on Ebay

After years of use, purchase and sale of computers and laptops, I have accumulated quite a collection of defective units, parts, accessories, and even working. I refer to my car parked outside my garage for at least two years in the winter because my garage was completely full. I needed to get rid of all this computer stuff and fast. Another winter approached me. Then I received an email my wife's mail. Ebay was having a day of sales promotion. Five cents per item to list as many items that you want the largest market online world.
So I went away. I turned my laundry room into a photography studio. I started taking pictures and posting everything I could get my garage. With the help of my two boys, we got fifty articles in six hours. I started them ninety-nine cents on auction because I was not sure that the current value and I really did not care how much he got for them because you may end up in the trash anyway. Besides that is not environmentally sound to pull electronic and computer equipment in the trash. It just ended up in landfills.
My son (13) and daughter (15) took this as an opportunity and a challenge. Them were excited to be able to sell things online. They even got hooked on trying to get the best price, adding as many keywords in my ad title and adding value to the package of sixty-five (0.65 c) cents so you can have a caption and designer ready to attract more visitors to my ad. In fact, really have fun doing it. My daughter did the design of my ad and my son helped with titles, descriptions and manual labor. We were like an assembly line sales.
The whole process took us about seven hours because we had a lot of things to post. In seven days, all my auctions were ending and luckily all sold I did not put any reservations. I sold broken keyboards, laptops, desktops, things that not even worth thinking about something that sold! Cleaning my garage all in two weeks and turned it into CASH. I pocketed around $ 3,000 in my PayPal account.
I think Ebay is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of old electronics, laptop or desktop instead of throwing them away. Especially if you do not care how much you get for it. You may find that some of those things that were going to shoot, is truly worthy of someone on ebay.
These are the steps that led to turn everything in my garage CASH
First I signed up for ebay.ca (very easy to do by the way. Just follow the simple steps.)
Then I registered with Paypal.com (credit card or need to link the bank account to deposit or withdraw money) You must "confirm" your PayPal account. This takes about 2-3 business days to complete because paypal deposits a small amount into your bank account and then you have to log back in to PayPal, and tell how much you deposit so they know they have access to that statement. This is for security purposes.
Now I have a way to send the item (eBay) and a way to receive payments securely (Paypal.com)
So I re-enter www.ebay.com and click "sell." I follow the easy steps to choose my category and write the title and description. I take this picture with my digital camera and upload it to eBay. The first photo is free, which is all that anyway really needed, so it was a bonus. Set the price, shipping and that's it. Click Submit and I was done. In a five-day listing cents each ad cost me .70 cents. So I decided to check the normal price for the publication of that particular article and because I started the auction at ninety-nine cents (99 C) ordinary shares would only be about a dollar. What a deal! What steal! You should try it!
