What size flat screen must have my dad with ATI Radeon HD 3450 256MB
Help me understand this. My dad is getting a team Dell Studio Slim quad core with a Radeon HD 3450 256MB ATI video card. He will use a monitor in the room to surf the web and all that, but he wants to be able to see blue ray and DVD movies on a flat screen TV in the living room via an HDMI cable. Can anyone tell me that it all works together? is the size of the flat screen than you can get a 24 "or is that the maximum resolution of game? Can you surf the net via a keyboard wireless mouse in the living room? (Living room is an environment outside the room) I was so far in this kind of thing, but I'm getting dizzy.
You should really only have to build your own computer. When you build you get exactly what you want on your computer and do not ask what you have within your system. You must also have a Blue-ray drive on the computer instead of a CD / DVD. Blue-ray discs can also play CDs and DVD. You must also have Blue-ray playback software in order to obtain the benefits of HD quality. Nor will any game end in a 256 mb GPU. If your dad do not feel like building your own, at least buy a 8800GT or other video card end that is more compatible with the motherboard and fits inside the box. I changed my 7900GS that I got with my Dell XPS 410 for a 8800GT. If you get a 8800GT can easily run 2560x1600 (30''monitor) I had to update the source power but it is worth the upgrade. Its wireless keyboard questions you should be fine. But why would be a totally different room use the computer?
