Active Noise Cancellation, in-headphones with microphone?
Does anyone know of an active noise cancellation in-ear headphones with a built-in microphone to work for my iTouch. Thanks
First, I will assume you are using an IPOD TOUCH 2ND GEN. It is very important to clarify this because the 2nd generation touch using the same circuit as the iPhone 3G / s. Headsets that work with the iPhone will work with the new iPod touch. I suggest you take a look at Etymotic, Shure or Ultimate Ears. The three companies offer in headsets with microphones built in work with the iPhone. Again, since the iPod touch use the headphone jacks (with the same lineup of contact), the headphones that work with the iPhone will be compatible with the iPod touch 2nd generation (the headphones work well with the first generation iPod touch, although the mic does not work). If looking for in ear headphones, needs nothing cancellation Noise - passive noise attenuation is greater and cleaner then cancel almost any asset. Shure earphones can block up to 90% of ambient noise through the tips of the ears alone. You get a little more Etymotics blockade by the better ear tip design. Ultimate Ears And only block about 20% of the noise environment due to open back design. I have three and love, will not go wrong with any of these. Good luck, enjoy the music!
